- Dishwasher in cafe area: 50ppm chlorine
- Dishwasher in commissary kitchen: 75C
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- Good hair control observed (hats and/or hairnets)
- No expired foods upon random audit
- No sign of pests at the time of inspection
