Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Handsink was obstructed with cups at the time of inspection. This is a repeat violation.
2) Handsink in the men's washroom lacked liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Do not place any cups or other preparation/service utensils inside the handsink. Make sure the handsink is kept empty and is used for handwashing only. Place soiled dishes into the first sink unit of the 3-compartment sink instead. Operator moved the cups to the 3-compartment sink unit.
2) Operator restocked liquid soap into the dispenser at the handsink in the men's washroom. Make sure handsinks are kept supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rodent droppings were observed in the cabinet below the handsink in the men's washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Operator disinfected this area and removed the rodent droppings at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Backdoor lacked a secure screen and was left wide open.
Corrective Action(s): Operator closed the backdoor during the inspection. Make sure the food premises is protected from the entrance of pests (mice, rats, flies, and cockroaches).

Observation: Spider webs and buildup was observed in the corners of the floor near the 3-compartment sink area and men's washroom (near the hot water tank area).
Corrective Action(s): Clean up the corners and floor to remove the debris; Correct by July 9, 2019.

Comments

Handsink in the kitchen and women's washroom was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the bucket.
Refrigeration units (prep. cooler, one door upright cooler, domestic cooler) were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Freezer temperatures (both upright one door freezers and freezer component of the domestic refrigeration units) were at or below -18 degrees C.
A probe thermometer was available on-site.
Rice was still being cooked at the time of inspection. Ensure it is cooked to at least 74 degrees C internal temperature and hot-held at or above 60 degrees C.
