General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 100ppm bleach; remember to change out solution frequently
- dishwasher reached 72C - waterproof thermometer available
- seafood tank being cleaned at time of inspection
- baffles for vent hood clean
- ensure empty cardboard boxes are removed from premises (currently stored inside due to snowfall causing dumpster to be full)
- FOODSAFE could not be verified - information sheet regarding expiry dates provided in Chinese
