Hand wash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Fridges <4C. Freezers <-18C. Hot holding units food items >60C. Sanitizer level in 3rd sanitizing sink 200ppm Quats. Prep tables appear clean. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Deli meats in line coolers surface temperature >4C, internal temperature <4C. Reminded staff to keep lids down on coolers to maintain temperature when not serving customers. Staff were responsive, thank you.
