Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- All floor coolers at or below 4'C
- All floor freezers at or below -18'C
- Temperatures are maintained electronically
- General sanitation of the store is satisfactory
- Hand washing station in meat department area are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 2-compartment sinks are supplied with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip
- QUATs sanitizer in spray bottles measured at 200 ppm with test strips
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Pest control company contracted to complete monthly inspections
- Receiving area kept in a sanitary manner
- Public washrooms are observed in a sanitary manner
- All dry stored foods in back and on sales floor are observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Bulk food items are observed in prepackaged plastic bags (no self-service of bulk food items)
- Produce section kept in good sanitary condition
- Raw and ready-to-eat food items are observed stored separately
- Samples of canned food items observed for imperfections - observed in good condition
- Samples of baby formula and nutritional supplements observed for expiry date - all observed within expiry date
