Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher at 0ppm when tested during inspection
Corrective Action(s): Staff changed the bottle of sanitizer as it was empty and was able to get the dishwasher to maintain 50ppm Cl at dish. Ensure dishwasher is checked regularly as it is not known how long the sanitizer bottle was empty and therefore dishes weren't being sanitized.

-all the shelves on the cart in the upstairs kitchen
-all stairs (going upstairs from main floor and going downstairs)
-Inside the small fridge on the stairs including the floor in front of it
