Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Vegetables at front filled with ice. Stay for ~1 hour on counter. All placed in cooler after lunch rush.
-Inside of electrical box above the dishwasher cleaned. No dead cockroaches observed at this time.

Ensure to monitor for cockroaches during regular cleaning.
Ensure vegetables are stored in ice <4'C at all times. Failure to comply will result in issuance of Correction Order.
