Clean up has been done. Unused equipment has been removed. Please keep kitchen in a clean condition.
Staff has obtain the FoodSafe certificate.
Ensure chipper for cutting up vegetable is cleaned after (wash/rinse/sanitize).
Provide a washable wall surface behind the prep table.
