Inspection carried out at Old Orchard Hall - 646 Bentley Rd. Port Moody, BC.
Many cupboards locked and could not see inside. One cupboard with wine glasses inside showed debris and old bugs. Please clean this out and any other cupboards in a similar state.
Cooler operating at 7C air temp (no foods inside). Cooler must operate at less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius. Freezer operating at -10C. Freezer must operate at less than or equal to - 18C. Obtain two thermometers and place one in the cooler and one in the freezer to monitor the temperature.
Handsink equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Dishwasher on site. Bleach must be used to sanitize dishes after they have been run through the dishwasher. Display a sign above the dishwasher for others. Mix up a spray bottle with 100 ppm bleach. Recipe: 1/2 teaspoon bleach per 1 L of water. Write the recipe on the bottle for others so that they are aware how to refill the bottle when it is low.
