Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine spray bottles is at 0ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Re-make chlorine spray bottle solution to have 100ppm. Operator corrected at the time of inspection. NOTE: Have one more chlorine spray bottle present at the front end of the facility as currently there is only one spray bottle designated for both back and front areas.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Opened bag of ice and dairy cartons stored on the floor in the walkin cooler and freezer.
Corrective Action(s): Seal the bag of ice and store it 6 inches above the floor. Store dairy cartons above the floor. Operator corrected at the time of inspection

Routine Inspection conducted today.
COVID-19 compliance conducted. COVID-19 Safety Plan onsite and posted. Mask policy in place. Physical distancing decals in place. Sanitizer available for customer use. Signage posted at front door to advise people who display COVID-19 symptoms to not enter. Plexiglass barrier in place at front till. Touchless payment in place. NOTE: Have a sheet documenting health checks of all employees before entering work.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
3-compartment sink sanitizing at 100 ppm chlorine solution.
All cold-holding units met health requirements. Temperature logs are well maintained.

NOTE: Have chlorine test strips available on site to test chlorine concentration for the 3rd compartment sink and disinfectant spray bottles. Change chlorine spray bottles at least daily so that chlorine concentration is not compromised.

Overall, facility is well organized and clean.
