Follow up inspection: -A new thermometer was available in the refrigeration unit with the refrigerated inserts. -Dry toppings were observed covered with lids between use in the front self-service area. -No fruit fly activity was evident near the ware-washing sink at the time of inspection. Operator informed they had cleaned and sanitized this area. -Operator on shift held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: December 9, 2025).
