Follow up inspection: Affected areas had been cleaned and sanitized to remove rodent droppings. Pest control program is in place. Continue with pest control measures: -Pest control program -Checking for signs of recent pest activity (e.g. rodent droppings). -Cleaning and sanitizing all affected areas immediately -Covering food in sealed pest proof containers in storage areas -Sealing all potential entry points/holes -Keep the restaurant in a clean condition to prevent any food or water sources (potential breeding grounds) for pests. -Keep doors closed between use. -Checking received goods to ensure they are free of damage and any signs of contamination. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available inside a labelled sanitizer pail in the front service area. Supervisor on shift had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training (expiration date: August 6, 2023). Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
