Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sausage rolls in the front display case were measured at 7.5 degrees C internally.
Corrective Action(s): These were transferred back into the walk-in-freezer. Ensure all cold potentially hazardous food is stored and/or displayed at 4 degrees C or colder. Do not store any sausage rolls for public sale in the front display cooler until it is maintained at 4 degrees C (40 degrees F) or colder. Correct immediately.

Follow up Inspection:

-Liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handwashing stations. Reminder: Ensure cloth towels are not used to dry hands after they are washed.
-Proofer was in a sanitary condition.
-Templates for the food safety plan were provided to the operator. Please provide an updated food safety plan within a months time (by August 29, 2016).
-The upright glass cooler in the back area was still above 4 degrees C. Ensure that potentially hazardous food (e.g. eggs, milk, cheese, sausages etc.) are not stored in this cooler.
