Follow up inspection conducted to verify that issues identified at routine inspection have been corrected.

- Quats sanitizer solution from dispenser (at mop sink) is now being used for in use wiping cloths. Obtain test strips so that concentration of solution can be checked when dispensed to ensure it is 200ppm.
- Handsinks were accessible/available for handwashing
- Tap at handsink in front service/retail area has been fixed
- Foods were stored in a manner to prevent contamination - covered, containers sealed.
- Areas where mouse droppings were noted have been cleaned. Hole in wall has been filled with steel wool. Continue to monitor these areas for any further activity.

Pending issue:

- Code 308 (from routine inspection report 20-Apr-2022): 3 door freezer still requires repair. Technician was on-site and required part has been ordered. Adequate freezer space available to accommodate product in alternate freezers in the interim. Staff in charge to email to confirm once repair complete.

Health application form, proposed menu, food safety procedures and copies of food safety procedures were submitted for proposed take out food service. Documents to be reviewed by EHO. Permit to operate (approval) must be issued by EHO prior to commencing food service.
