- High Temperature Sanitizing Dishwasher : 72C at dish surface;
minimum wash and Rinse temperatures achieved on temperature
gauge (per unit Data Plate).
- 3 - Compartment sink has drain plugs.
- Cooler: 4C
- Walk- In Cooler - not in use
- Ice Machine - not in use.
- Sanitizer is provided by individual catering groups.
** Install a doorsweep at both kitchen doors to prevent potential
pest entry. **

- Room 2125 (Community Kitchen) :

hot + cold water.
- Domestic Freezer/Cooler : - 18C / 4C
- 2-Compartment sink present. Drain plugs available.
- Domestic Dishwasher certified to NSF/ANSI 184: Residential
Dishwashers.
- Sanitizer for food contact surfaces and food equipment is
to be provided by individual student group users.
** Student group users can use 100 - 200 ppm chlorine bleach
