Comments

The kitchen dishwasher final rinse residual measures zero ppm Cl after several cycles. According to the head chef, the ECO Lab service technician who responded to the call for service last week, made statement that the machine is running normally, and usually takes at least 3 cycles to reach a sanitizer residual in the final rinse cycle. The service technician must be called again, and if he insists that the machine is running normally, I would like to meet with him on-site to discuss this issue while he shows me what tests he has performed.
