Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There are 3 handwash stations. Handwash station located right outside kitchen is fully stocked and functional.
The Handwash station at the entry of kitchen is dripping water.
The Handwash station at the back of the kitchen has a loose faucet which is not adequately dispensing water.
A plumber has been called and will be coming in next week for repairs
Corrective Action(s): Repair the two handwash sinks in the kitchen to allow for adequate handwashing at all times, and continue to use the handwash station next to kitchen entry until the other sink is repaired.
Dripping water may attract pests.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Some items in bottom compartment of prep cooler were uncovered. Operator covered the items during inspection. Ensure food items are covered to avoid potential contamination.

Observation: The following areas are in need of attention:
1) Overhead fume hoods are scheduled for cleaning, but the cleaning company has been delayed.
2) Open fire stove requires cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Operator is advised to manually clean the detachable fume hood compartments
2) Open fire stove is cleaned at the end of day. It is recommended to increase frequency of cleaning in this area.

Administrative:
- Permit is posted in a conspicuous location
- Staff with FOODSAFE Level 1 are present

Storage and Cooling:
-all coolers (walk-in and prep coolers) including front display cooler are at or below 4C
-Walk-in freezer is at -18C
-Dry storage is kept in an acceptable manner

Sanitation:
- Handwash station except one noted are fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water
- Sanitizer spray bottle achieves 100ppm Chlorine
- High Temperature dishwasher achieves 71C at plate level
- No signs of pest activity
