Comments

A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - A new freezer was purchased and in use. The temperature was -17C and thermometer present. - Broken water pipe was found and fixed, there is a wet spot behind the chest freezer. Staff stated that a faucet in the female washroom was leaking and they have shut-off the water to that sink until it can be fixed. All foods have been placed 6" off the floor on shelves. Staff monitoring wet spot to ensure the leak was fixed. - All violations have been addressed.
