Routine inspection - Hand washing station is provided with liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser. - Three compartment sink is maintained. !00 ppm chlorine is to be used as sanitizer. - Only Coffee beverages and baked goods from approved sources are provided. - Cleaning and disinfecting door handles and door seals on the fridges discussed with the operator. - Overall cleaning is good. - Operator is food safe trained. - Ice machine is kept clean and ice scoop stored in a dedicated container. - Upright fridge is at or below 4C - Under the counter freezer is at or below -18C - No sign of pest at this date
