Temperature at 12 deg C (internal) and excess of >2 hours. A Correction Order was just issued for this infraction last week! Ticket # AH71932521 issued as attached Corrective Action(s): Discarded the bean sprouts Only leave SMALL portions of potentially hazardous foods at room temperature that will be used within 2 hours otherwise store these food in your fridges Do not leave uncovered foods on the ground!
