Follow-up inspection conducted. The following was noted: Spilt milk jugs have been removed from premise and floor of dairy walk-in cooler is in improved sanitary condition New milk spills observed underneath one shelf, along with some spilled milk trapped at the front of the shelf. Although these spills are fairly recent, ensure that they are addressed by the end of the day Shelving units will either need to be repainted / resurfaced so that no rust / grime is exposed, or new shelving units will need to be put on order. As specified in previous report, shelving is to be replaced by December 2019 Additional notes: Back produce area has been organized and is in improved sanitary condition Additional shelving to be installed in back warehouse Stagnant / clogged drain identified by staff members was flushed Thank you for your co-operation. Continue to adhere to your sanitation plan and ensure that the 4L milk jug area is routinely cleaned, since you have identified that the 4L milk jugs have a tendency to leak.
