Corrective Action(s): Do not thaw or store any food product under dishsink area or chemical storage area.

Observation: Observed accumulation of food debris on floor behind grill/friers and under dishwasher area, and on shelves in several areas of kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean and improve cleaning schedule to noted areas. This must be done prior to noted follow-up inspection date.

Observation: Bleach solution bucket (clean) contains solution in excess of 1000 ppm. Recommend no more that 200 ppm for this purpose
Corrective Action(s): Recommend no more than 200 ppm for this purpose. Dilute current bucket to 1/4 concentration. In future use bleach ratio of 1 OZ bleach to 1 Gallon of water.

Observation: A) Ceiling tiles not made of a washable material and is accumulating food and grease-related debris.
B) Walls damaged and/or paint peeled in several places in kitchen area.
Corrective Action(s): A) Replace ceiling tile with appropriate washable tiles within 3 months of this inspection date.
B) Plan to repair and paint kitchen to allow for proper cleaning as per cleaning schedule. This must also be completed within 3 months.
