Routine inspection conducted with the presence of the owner and 1 kitchen staff. - General sanitation was satisfactory. - Hand wash sinks fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. - Walk-in cooler and prep coolers were at or below 4 C. - Upright Freezer below -18 C. - Beef slices in hot holding unit at 65 C. Ground beef on the pot range kept 68C. - No Donair on hot holding units at time of inspection (1:30Pm). The owner stated that (beef, lamb, no chicken) donair sold out for the day and waiting for delivery. - The owner lit the heating elements of the donair broilers, which were in a good working condition for hot holding. - Bleach sanitizer in the bucket with wipe cloth in was measured at 200 ppm. Chlorine test paper stocked. - 3 compartment sinks ready for manual dishwashing. Drain plugs available. - No sign of recent pest activity noted during inspection. Note: No screen door available at the back entrance to prevent pest entry in summer time. Request to install a screen door when summer is approaching.
