Comments

-Ensure that temperature records are kept for all refrigerators. This was also noted on the last inspection report.
All refrigerators were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Cooling wands available on site.
Dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine. Records up to date.
No evidence of pests. Pest control reports available on site.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
