Routine inspection
- Handsink fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High temperature dishwasher measured to reach a final rinse temperature of 74.9C
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
- All coolers measured to be at 4C or less. Ready to eat foods not observed to be stored under raw meats.
- Standing and chest freezers measured to be at -18C or less
- Temperature logs available and maintained.
- No pest activity detected during time of inspection
- Ventilation hood in sanitary condition
- Premises and dry storage in sanitary condition
- Staff onsite has current and valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate
