- Quats sanitizer solution present in buckets with wiping cloths stored inside for use on food contact surfaces and counters. Concentration of solution measured 200ppm.
- Reminder: Ensure in use utensils must be cleaned/sanitized at least every 4 hours.
- Asst Manager (present at time of inspection) has completed Foodsafe level 1. Certification valid until 28-Apr-2024
