Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach available onsite but onsite staff informed that they usually use soap and water to wipe counters only. After the coffee pot is washed with soap and hot water, it is air dried, no sanitizing step.
Corrective Action(s): Please use 100ppm bleach sanitizer to sanitize food contact surface including coffee pots and counters. 1 tsp bleach to 1 liter water makes 100ppm bleach sanitizer. FHA manual warewashing sign provided to staff. Replace the spray bottle as nozzle is broken.
