Observation: Bait block for rodents back fridge/freezer in back. Owner stated that this had been used to control a rodent issue from awhile ago and was forgotten. No obvious signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): All rodent issues must be addressed using physical traps (sticky or snap) inside a food premises.

Comments

General:
- handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water
- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine in spray bottles
- dishwasher reached 71C at the final rinse cycle - recommend waiting between loads to ensure temperature is high enough
- ice machine is sanitary
- no obvious signs of pests
- FOODSAFE requirements met

Note: three small containers of soup cooling by back microwave - this must be cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours or less and from 20-4C in 4 hours or less
