Issues are addressed. Sandwich display cooler is > 4C The staff have been instructed to only supply one food item of each at a time and have been provided a timer to appropriately time track. The staff, additionally, have been instructed to discard any food product after 2 hours. A notice reminding staff has also been posted on the deli case. Please see attached photos. Ice machine has mould buildup The ice machine was cleaned on April 25. The staff have been instructed to clean the ice machine on the first week of every month. A cleaning schedule has been distributed and is posted on the ice machine. Staff are to take a photo after cleaning and sign off on the document. Please see attached. Rodent droppings present on site The staff have cleaned all hard to reach areas behind and below all equipment, such as the undercounter freezers, undercounter cooler, and the ice machine. All potential rodent droppings have been cleaned and removed and staff have been notified to monitor for any further signs of droppings or activity. No copies of FoodSafe Level 1 or Equivalent on site All staff that have valid FoodSafe Level 1 or Equivalent have sent copies to myself. The copies have been printed and are available on site for confirmation.
