Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer for food contact surfaces is not available. Glasswasher was not supplied with detergent.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare 100-200 ppm bleach sanitizer by mixing 1/2 teaspoon bleach with 1L water. Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly. Supply glasswasher with detergent.

Observation: Live rat observed in ground floor dry storage room. Rat droppings observed on floors and shelving throughout premises. Pest control services are in place. No observations of droppings in food.
Corrective Action(s): Clean up all droppings. Sanitize affected surfaces with bleach sanitizer. Increase frequency of pest control service. Correct as soon as possible.

Observation: Back door and upstairs patio door were open at the time of inspection. Gap observed underneath the back door.

Observation: Dried food debris observed on many surfaces in the kitchen including sides of cooking equipment, top of dishwasher, and hand washing station. Boxes and other clutter stored on the floor in storage areas.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize surfaces with dried food debris. Store all items off the floor. Remove anything that is not required for the business. Correct as soon as possible.
