Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Observation: Pan with food debris stuck on noted in cupboard in kitchen. Several trays with grease on the surface noted in the same cupboard.

Correction: Clean and sanitize noted cookware. Ensure all cookware are cleaned/sanitized prior to storage.

2) Observation: Bleach bottles noted above 200 ppm chlorine.

Correction: Chlorine concentration must be at 100 ppm . Ensure to obtain test strips to test for chlorine concentration. Bottles must be labeled clearly.

-No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
