Handwashing station (double compartment sink) was supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels. Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C (white cooler measured at 2.8 degrees C, silver cooler measured at 4 degrees C). Accurate thermometers were available in both domestic coolers. Both freezer temperatures were satisfactory. Probe thermometer and IR thermometer were available. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the labelled spray bottle. Sani cycle is used for the residential dishwasher according to the Manager. No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection. Manager held valid FOODSAFE Level 1 refresher course training (expiration date: April 26, 2028). If you have any questions, contact the Environmental Health Officer.
