Follow up inspection conducted to routine inspection (report #TGIL-CEHS7W)

Observations:
- All three malfunctioning coolers have been repaired. Temperature noted during inspection:
prep cooler (chaat) noted at 4.2C
stand up cooler at 4C
prep cooler in back area at 3C
Temperature logs were found satisfactory
Please note that some areas of these coolers were observed at 5C or 6C. It is highly recommended to keep thermometers in these coolers and monitor temperature more frequently until the coolers are able to maintain a consistent temperature of at least 4C or less.

-Kitchen hood has been serviced.
- Chest freezers have been defrosted and maintained in good sanitary condition.
- Pest Control Company hired by facility conducts two routine checks per month.
- More glue traps and mechanical traps have been placed throughout the facility.
General improvement noted in terms of pest issues.
Please note that few droppings were observed on the glue trap placed in dry storage room.
Regularly monitor for any new rodent activity.
