Foods covered at time of inspection
Knife block obtained, please use this to store knives. Cardboard tapes used to store knives noted last inspection have been removed.
Screen door repaired but taping the perimeter of the screen. This is not acceptable.
-Please repair the screen door properly and ensure all gaps noted on the bottom and top are closed.
Cleaning has been done but not enough. The walls and prep tables around tempura station are still covered with grease along with wall mounted shelf storing seasoning.
-The noted areas above must be cleaned again.
- Mice droppings under microwave have been removed.
-Cardboard lining floor removed upon request. One broken tile identified after cardboard is removed. It is collected with grease. Please replace floor tile.
