- Routine inspection conducted and following were observed:
- Handsink in kitchen is supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Cooler unit is measured at less than 4C. Accurate thermometer available. NOTE: Second cooler unit is not working and is used for storage of fruits and vegetables only.
- Freezer unit is measured at less than -18C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 74C during final rinse cycle at dish surface
- Food contact surface sanitizer is measured at 200ppm quats solution in spray bottle
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- Food storage practices are satisfactory. All food items are stored off the floor in dry storage area
- FoodSafe training is verified (expiry of FOODSAFE level 1 of chef is in July 2023)
- General sanitation is satisfactory
