No items are to be stored directly on floor. Items are to be stored up off floor minimum 15 cm to facilitate cleaning. Evidence of rodent droppings found under hand sink.
Clutter contributes to pest infestation. Clean areas. Discard those items not necessary for business.
Do not leave food debris or grease at facility. Areas are to be cleaned and sanitized daily to prevent against contamination by rodent droppings.
