Observation: Gaps noted under and around the back door.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: -Two prep coolers temp was between 5 oC to 8 oC at time of visit- temp of foods are checked (sauce and meat) they were <4 oC -both coolers is adjusted at time of visit.
-Right side prep cooler - water leaking due to condensation.

Corrective Action(s): -Temp was dropping - Monitor and ensure temp is < 4oC at all time
- Fix the waster leaking

Comments

-Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels.
- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius with exception of the noted units.
-Wall in cooler and freezer is organized, all foods are covered and dated.
- Freezer temperatures are ≤-18o Celsius
-Hot-holding temperatures are ≥60o Celsius
-Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 200ppm concentration (in spray bottle)
-Bleach solution at low temp dishwasher tested 100 ppm at plate
-Glass washer iodine tested 25 by the operator test strips
-Valid test strips for all chemicals are available.
-Staff washroom and staff locket area is well maintained
-Accurate thermometers are provided
-Ice machine appears clean and well maintained
- No pest activity observed during inspection
-Temperature log sheet is available and up to date.
-Facility is well organized and clean- more attention is required for hard to reach areas ( wall behind equipment and floor under equipment)
-Communicable disease safety plan is in place and up to-date-Facility is following Covid safety plan
