A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded.
- High temperature dishwasher rinse cycle was 72.9C at the plate's surface as per max/min thermometer.
- Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles was 200ppm.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- No expired foods (prepackaged sandwiches, cheeses, etc.) found. FIFO rules being followed.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; and stored 6" off the floor on pallets or on shelves.
- Discussed expanding food menu to reheating paninis and frozen pizzas. Submit a revised floor plan showing the location of the new equipment.
