Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available for warewashing. Stand-up cooler measured at 4C. Hot-holding unit measured at 60C. Ice machine in sanitary condition. NOTE: Notify district inspector of any proposed changes in the floorplan, service change, menu change for health review and approval. Do not conduct changes of floorplan, service changes, or menu changes without health approval.
