Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A container of sprouts observed at 12 C observed on cutting board at room temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Sprouts were placed in fridge at 4 C. Ensure all potentially hazardous food is stored at 4 C or below to prevent the growth of pathogens and their toxins.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. REPEAT: Rice scoop and tongs observed in water at 52 C.
2. Container of onions washed onions stored directly on floor by prep sink.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Tongs removed from water. Ensure in-use utensils are stored in 50/50 ice water mixture at 4 C or in hot water at 60 C or above to prevent the growth of pathogens.
2. Ensure all food and food contact surfaces are stored off the floor to prevent cross contamination.
