Observation: 1) Various items stored on floor:
- Onions stored on floor
- Containers of dried food
2) Pans stored in area between wall and stand up cooler unit. Other items including fluorescent lights stored in this location.
All of these locations are unsuitable for food or equipment storage.
3) Staff personal items stored in with food (rice) in food preparation area.
4) Scoops stored in dry goods storage bins
5) Raw eggs stored on middle shelf of walk in cooler unit above sauces.
6) Not all food items are covered in walk in cooler unit

Corrective Action(s): More storage is required.
No food item or food equipment is to be stored on the floor. Reorganization of food and food equipment is necessary.
