Observation: McCay display cooler's ambient air temperature was at or above 4 degrees C. Top shelf measured at 3.4 degrees C, 3rd shelf at 5.3 degrees C, and 4th shelf at 6.4 degrees C. Internal temperature of a ketchup pack at the bottom shelf was at 6.5 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use the cooler until it is serviced. Correct this by: immediately.

McCray cooler's sliding cover and 'OUT OF ORDER' sign was on.
No Potentially Hazardous Foods (PHFs) were stored in the unit.
The premise is waiting for a technician to arrive.
Reviewed temperature log - observed 5 degrees C in the last two days.
Two thermometers available on the unit (near the back) both showing 4 degrees C.

Please contact your district Environmental Health Officer once the unit is serviced.
