-Follow-up inspection to April 27, 2016.
-Bar handwash station properly equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Walk-in cooler has been reorganized and raw foods were stored separately from ready-to-eat foods.
-Knives are no longer being stored in a sanitizing solution. Knives are stored in a mixture of ice and water and is changed on a regular basis.
-Dry ingredient scoops were properly stored in a sanitary manner at the time of inspection.
-Did not observe any items stored in the ice used for making beverages in the bar area at the time of inspection.
-Sanitizer spray bottles were properly stored at the time of inspection. Ensure bottles are relaballed as needed.
-Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
-Conditions of the Public Health Act Correction Order have been satisfied. Order has been rescinded,
