FACILITY IS CLOSED DUE TO MALFUNCTIONING DISHWASHER AND SERIOUS RODENT INFESTATION:
1) Clean and Sanitize all areas affected by rodent contamination including droppings and chewing with 200ppm Chlorine solution
2) Remove all items from shelves. Clean and sanitize all shelves, utensils, equipment and dishes/glasses with 200ppm Chlorine solution
3) Discard any items that have been contaminated by rodents (seeds in back area)
4) Obtain Pest Technician. Have Technician Service facility.
5) Seal any holes with non-chewable materials
6) Ensure dishwasher is sanitizing at minimum 50ppm Chlorine solution at the plate at final rinse
7) Keep Order posted
8) DO NOT re-open without Health Approval from FRASER HEALTH AUTHORITY
