Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dried on food soil noted on the back of the blade of the meat slicer.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washrooms, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Food stored protected, proper hierarchy and off the floor.
Cookline, utensils and food contact items noted sanitary and in good condition (one exception, meat slicer, see above violation).
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
QUAT sanitizer spray bottle and container noted with 200 PPM QUAT.
High temperature dish machine was able to reach 77.0C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
Overall sanitation and organization satisfactory.
