Initial inspection:

- Facility was built as per the approved plans.
- An application form , Food Safety Plan, Sanitation Plan, Foodsafe certificate and permit fee made payable to Fraser Health in the amount of $62.50 was submitted.
- Most food will be packaged and picked up but sandwiches will be served on site. Takeout only.
- All coolers were <4C
- Bleach sanitizer was tested at 100ppm.
- Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water soap and paper towels.
