Hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. No evidence of pests. Traps in place. Dishwasher final rinse cycle had 100 ppm chlorine. Cleaning and sanitizing procedures discussed. Caustic Soda and Citric Acid are used. General sanitation was satisfactory.
