Comments

-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Bar cooler was at 4C.
-Upright coolers were at 4/-8C and 4/-7C.
-Chicken coolers in the back were less than 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -14C.
-Chicken was cooked to greater than 74C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Slicer was found to be disassembled for cleaning and sanitizing after each use. Slicer was clean and sanitary.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Cardboard lining changed each day.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until June 10, 2028
