Routine inspection: - Coolers (Deli, under the counter, display) maintained at 4C or less. - Soups and chicken maintained at above 60C. - Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels. - Unused fryer restricted the access of hand washing station. Move the fryer to a different location. - Meat slicer cleaned and sanitized at least every 2 hours. - 3 compartment sink used for manual dish washing. - 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottles and from the dispenser. - Temperature records maintained and available for review. - General sanitation satisfactory. - No pest activities observed at the time of the inspection. - Foodsafe requirement met.
