Observation: Several spray bottles found throughout premise without any form of labels. Two forms of sanitizer are used on site, one requires a rinse and one does not but without a label, staff are unable to tell the difference between the two.
Corrective Action(s): Relabel all spray bottles with accurate labels and ensure staff know which type of sanitizer is used where. Due: today.

General observations:
√ Coolers ≤4°C, Freezers ≤ -18°C
√ Food up off floor ≥6”, good stock rotation noted, meats stored seperate from all other foods
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm in spray bottles
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Test strips present for monitoring dishwasher/sanitizer levels
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory
- Some signs of pest activity noted however significantly improved from last inspection, pest control company in regularly. Staff still pulling in all products that are on display at high risk of attracting pests up off floor and into back. Narrow wall dividing deli from meat area was identified as a potential area where mice may be hiding and plans to pest proof wall are in place.
